Upon her arrival in Arab, Neneng was working to an employer named Maryam in the Taib region. While working to Maryam, her employer seemed to be unsatisfied of her work as Neneng couldn’t speak Arab fluently. Those Arabian employers who act carelessly rude and refuse to pay salary to their employee are because they felt burdened enough to “buy” a migrant from agencies. They need to pay expensive amount to get a migrant as their employee. This issue is getting worst as the government has weak bargaining position and unable to take a quick decision when their citizen, in particular workers are threatened.
