Kasus-kasus itu tersebar di 5 kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Baturaden, Cilongok, Kembaran, Sokaraja, dan Sumbang.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Menurut Lili Purwani (31), pengelola Pusat Teknologi Komunitas (PTK) Mahnettik Banyumas, ada 3 pola permasalahan yang dialami oleh buruh migran. Pertama, putus komunikasi. Seruni menerima 4 kasus warga yang hilang kontak hingga 9 tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua, masalah pemutusan hubungan kerja secara sepihak. Dalam kasus ini buruh migran juga harus menanggung biaya keberangkatan hingga 21 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga, permasalahan yang terjadi di penampungan. Ada buruh migran yang hamil, tidak lulus entry test, perlakuan buruk oleh Perusahaan Pengerah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta (PPTKIS).<\/p>\n<p>Langkah yang telah dilakukan Seruni adalah menyiapkan data-data pendukung, seperti kronologi, kelengkapan identitas, melakukan korespondensi dengan Dinas, DPRD, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mendorong penyelesaian kasus.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seruni menyurati Dinsosnakertrans, Bupati, DPRD, BPPKB, BNP2TKI, agar mereka mengetahui permasalahan yang dialami oleh buruh migran. Namun, meski elemen tersebut yang memfasilitasi dialog pihak perusahaan selalu berkilah, bahkan ada perusahaan yang tidak mau datang,&#8221; kisah Lili.<\/p>\n<p>Seruni mengharap banyak dukungan dari pelbagai pihak agar penyelesaian kasus cepat didapat.
