Dengan memadukan teknik pembuatan kedua produk tersebut, kini hadir makanan khas yang begitu lezat dan nikmat dengan label Sale Kripik Madu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Layaknya namanya, kripik sale madu memiliki rasa yang begitu manis khas pisang masak digoreng. Renyahnya makanan bersal dari teknik irisan yang serupa dengan teknik pembuatan seriping pisang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebenarnya, Kripik Sale Madu memiliki ide dasar memadukan renyahnya seriping pisang dan manisnya sale,\u201d kata Mahbub (33), perajin kripik sale madu.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut bapak dua anak ini, sale jenis ini masih sedikit pengrajinnya. Alhasil pasar pun masih terbuka luas. Dia mengaku mengalami kenaikan omset berlipat-lipat. Dalam sehari dia mengaku bisa memproduksi hingga 150 kilogram. \u201cHarga grosir perkilogram saya jual dengan harga Rp 13 ribu. Yang sudah dikemas 250 gram saya jual dengan harga Rp 3500,\u201d jelasnya. Itu berarti dalam sehari omsetnya sekitar Rp 200 ribu.<\/p>\n<p>Ini sungguh berbeda dengan omset saat dia masih memproduksi sale biasa. Dalam sehari paling banter omsetnya hanya Rp 50 ribu.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, pengrajin sale ini mengaku tetap ada kendala. Terutama bahan baku pisang siam yang suplainya fluktuatif. Terkadang pisang siam ini begitu sulit ditemukan di pasar. Selain itu dia juga mengaku kekurangan modal.
