Buruh migran juga bisa menuntut ke Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC) untuk diskriminasi. Jika penyakit buruh migran berkategori bisa disembuhkan, maka majikan tidak berhak memutuskan kontrak kita. Berikut ini merupakan contoh menghitung cuti sakit bagi buruh migran di Hong Kong :<\/p>\n<p>Isma bekerja pada majikan selama 1 tahun 5 bulan. Isma sakit selama 6 hari dan mendapat cuti sakit dari dokter. Gaji Isma HK$4110.
