Pekerja migran atau Buruh Migran Indonesia (BMI) atau Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) bisa mengambil cuti tahunan setelah menyelesaikan masa kontrak kerja satu tahun pertama dan akan memasuki masa kontrak tahun kedua. Jika pekerja tidak mengambil jatah cuti dan tetap bekerja pada majikan, maka majikan harus memberikan gaji sesuai upah per hari.<\/p>\n<p>Pekerja migran mendapat jatah cuti tujuh hari lagi setelah kontrak kerja di tahun kedua selesai dan akan berlanjut ke tahun ketiga. Jika cuti tidak diambil dan tetap bekerja pada majikan, maka majikan harus memberikan gaji sebagaimana disebutkan di atas. Jika tak mengambil cuti, pekerja sektor formal mendapat ganti NT$576 x 7 hari = NT$4032. Sedangkan pekerja sektor informal mendapat ganti rugi NT$528 x 7 hari = 3696.<br \/>\nAda beberapa catatan dalam hak cuti tahunan sebagai berikut ini :<br \/>\n1. Jika pekerja migran hanya bekerja satu tahun maka tidak ada cuti tahunan<br \/>\n2. Jika pekerja migran bekerja lebih dari setahun tetapi tidak lebih dari dua tahun, maka hanya mendapat tujuh hari cuti<br \/>\n3. Jika pekerja migran bekerja lebih dari dua tahun dan tidak lebih dari tiga tahun maka hanya mendapat jatah cuti 14 hari<br \/>\n4. Cuti tahunan harus diganti dengan uang jika pekerja migran tidak mengambilnya untuk berlibur<br \/>\n5. Cuti tahunan bukan tergantung dari kebaikan majikan atau harus dirundingkan terlebih dahulu. Sehingga cuti tahunan tidak perlu harus ada persetujuan lisan dari majikan untuk membayarnya atau tidak.<br \/>\n6. Jika majikan tidak mau membayarnya bisa didiskusikan dengan agency.
