Pasalnya syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi dalam pembuatan KTKLN merugikan, baik secara<a title=\"https:\/\/buruhmigran.or.id\/2011\/08\/09\/layanan-ktkln-belum-mangkus-dan-sangkil-bagi-tki\/\" href=\"https:\/\/buruhmigran.or.id\/2011\/08\/09\/layanan-ktkln-belum-mangkus-dan-sangkil-bagi-tki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> materiil maupun imateriil<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak kemudian buruh migran memilih untuk tidak membuat KTKLN karena berbagai alasan. Hingga kemudian berimplikasi pada buruknya pelayanan publik terhadap buruh migran yang tak memiliki kartu ini.<\/p>\n<p>Banyaknya penolakan dari buruh migran terhadap kebijakan KTKLN tak membuat BNP2TKI menelaah kembali kebijakan ini. Dalihnya, KTKLN termaktub jelas dalam UU PPTKILN No.39 tahun 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Lantas bagaimana agar keluhan-keluhan buruh migran tidak menjadi angin lalu?<\/p>\n<p>Kawan-kawan buruh migran yang menjadi korban pelayanan publik dapat mengadukannya ke Ombudsman. Indonesia memiliki Ombudsman yang berfungsi menyelesaikan laporan pengaduan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Bagaimana caranya?<\/p>\n<p>Mudah, kunjungi saja laman <a title=\"http:\/\/www.ombudsman.go.id\/en\/pengaduanonline.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ombudsman.go.id\/en\/pengaduanonline.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ombudsman.go.id<\/a> dan klik pengaduan online. Jangan lupa juga isi nama terlapor dan peristiwa yang dialami, tindakan keputusan yang dilaporkan secara rinci juga wajib dilengkapi.<\/p>\n<p>Kawan-kawan buruh migran dapat mengirim langsung keluhan lewat web atau menggunakan jasa pengiriman pada kantor Ombudsman RI. Ombudsman akan melakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan berkas dan pelapor memiliki waktu 30 hari untuk melengkapi kekurangan berkas.<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahap selanjutnya Ombudsman akan melakukan pemeriksaan secara substansi apakah persoalan tersebut masuk dalam kewenangan Ombudsman RI.
